From Baltimore:

-Take I695 to I95 South toward Washington

-Take I495/I95 (Beltway) South toward Richmond (Exit27)

-Exit onto Pennsylvania Avenue (Rte.4) North (Exit 11; towards Washington DC)

-Turn left onto Silver Hill Road(Rte.458) West

-Once on Silver Hill Road, proceed ~ 1 mile to the gates of the "Smithsonian Museum Support Center" on the right (4210 Silver Hill Rd.), enter and park.

From Washington, D.C.:

-Take South Capitol Street (south of the U.S. Capitol building) over the

Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge

-Bear left onto Suitland Parkway

-After about 4 miles, exit onto Silver Hill Road (Rte.458) West

-Once on Silver Hill Road, proceed ~ 1/4 mile to the gates of the "Smithsonian Museum Support Center" on the right (4210 Silver Hill Rd.), enter and park.

From Richmond:

-Take I95 North to I495/I95 (Beltway) North

-Continue on Beltway to Branch Avenue (Rte.5) North (Exit7B)

-Turn right on St. Barnabas Road (Rte.414) East

-Turn right at the end of St. Barnabas Road onto Silver Hill Road (Rte.458) East

-Once on Silver Hill Road, immediately get all the way to the left and take the first left into the gates of the "Smithsonian Museum Support Center"

(4210 Silver Hill Rd.), and park.
